The Electrical Engineering Department of Government Engineering College, Sheohar offers four years under graduate program. This department was established in 2019 with an intake of 60 students under Department of Science, Technology and Technical Education (formerly Department of Science and Technology) Patna Bihar affiliated with Bihar Engineering University (formerly Aryabhatta Knowledge University) Patna Bihar. The curriculum of B. Tech comprises of program core courses, professional elective courses, open electives, laboratory experiments and projects. The undergraduate students can also undertake various research projects through internship, entrepreneurship, NPTEL courses.
